Bomba the Jungle Boy series was part of the Stratemeyer Syndicate of books which included the series Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys and the Bobbsey Twins. This series was written under the pseudonym Roy Rockwood, and was created in imitation of the very successful Tarzan series. There were twenty books in the series, originally published by Cupples & Leon in the 1920s and 30s. This is the fourth book in the series.
